NEXT DAY SHIPPING TAB-
Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales or high volume periods, processing may take slightly long but we always aim to ship promptly.

Shipping Timeframes: these are after processing days
Standard domestic shipping 1-5 business days
Express Shipping (US) 1-3 business days
International Shipping 6-10 business days depending on location and customs clearance

You will receives a tracking number via email once your order ships

Pre-Order Shipping ( This is anything that is not under next day shipping tab)
​As ​a small, premium beauty brand, not all lengths and textures are kept on hand at all times. Because of this many orders -- especially if youre not in the next day shipping zone -- will be considered preorders

Please keep the following in mind when shopping:
Preorder processing : typically 2-10 business days
shipping Timeframes : domestic shipping 1-4 business days depending on your location, express shipping 1-3 business days and international shipping 6-10 business days depending on location and custom clearance.

if your desired items are not immediately available, they will ship as soon as they arrive at our studio. we kindly ask that all clients plan ahead and be mindful when purchasing, especially for events or installs. As stated in our policy, all sales are final - we do not offer refunds due to processing or preorders time frames

Pickup Options - The Altitude Room
Local customer can book a pickup appointment at the altitude room. Pick up is by appointment only and must be scheduled online after receiving your pickup notification

We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on your location and service selected at checkout

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Cheveux Collections is not liable for packages lost, stolen or delayed by carrier. We encourage customers to opt for Route Package Protection at checkout for added security.

International Shipping & Tariffs/Duties:
We ship Internationally. Please not :
Import taxes, tariffs, and duties are customer responsibility and may be due upon delivery. These fees are not included in your total and vary by country. Refusal to pay customs duties may result in forfeiture of your order without refund.
